The Quantock Education Trust is delighted to welcome Dani Thompson as the Trust’s Strategic Lead for SEND and Inclusion. Dani brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and vision to this position, which she will hold alongside her role at Haygrove School. With an established commitment to inclusive education and a deep understanding of the SEND landscape, she is exceptionally well placed to support and influence Trust-wide strategic development.

Haselbury Plucknett C of E Primary School recently welcomed Bishop Michael of Bath and Wells to their school. Pupils had the chance to ask insightful questions, take part in Collective Worship, and share one of their favourite songs with him.

This year's results highlight the resilience and commitment of our students who have navigated unprecedented challenges with exceptional determination.

We are thrilled to announce that the Department for Education has been able to formally confirm Haygrove School’s move to the Queenswood Site this week, with the complete rebuilding of the school designated as a priority project aiming to be ready by September 2028. This marks a significant milestone for our school and the Quantock Education Trust, following an intense period of lobbying for improved facilities for our students and staff. 

Our pupils at St Bartholomew's C of E School in Crewkerne contributed to the Raising Young Voices blog and shared some interesting insights into communities and belonging. 

St Bartholomew's C of E Primary and Ashlands C of E Primary schools took part in the Primary Festival of Dance at the Westlands Entertainment Venue. Organized by Keri Hill Dance, this event has been a successful platform for showcasing the incredible efforts and achievements of local primary schools.
