Finance Assistant (Maternity Cover)

An opportunity has arisen for a reliable and conscientious individual to join our Finance Department a sa Finance Assistant for maternity cover.  Supporting the Finance Officer, you will assist in the routine day to day operation and expenditure relating to the finances of Haygrove School, in addition to providing additional support for schools across the Trust.

The successful candidate will have good IT skills with a working knowledge of Excel.  You will have good communication skills, alongside a flexible approach and be willing to carry out a wide variety of tasks with the ability to cope with the changing needs of a school.

A minimum of one year's experience of working in a finance/accounts office is desirable and experience of using ACCESS finance software would be an advantage.

Temporary in the first instance with a possibility of a permanent role following a review of the Finance Tam due to expansion of the Trust.

35 hours per week, term time plus 8 additional days (39.6 working weeks)

Actual Salary £16,413 per annum (based on FTE Grade 14 £20,043
