    We have a vacancy for a Resources Technician to join our busy and hardworking support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing practical and administrative support for the management, preparation and distribution of resources. While previous experience in a similar technician role or an educational setting would be an advantage, it is not essential.     We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Learning Support Assistant to support teaching staff within the Haselbury and Merriott Primary Schools Federation. Our school is a friendly and inclusive rural school at the centre of the village community. 

    This role would include a mix of supporting provision as specified through an EHCP as well as some general
    class support in Key Stage 2.

    The successful candidate will support the class teacher by:

    • Supporting learning under the direction of the class teacher, to include leading 1-1 and small group sessions with learning sequences; supporting additional needs and carrying out timetabled evidence-based interventions.
    • Adapting to the needs of individual pupils.
    • Supporting with classroom duties as required by teaching staff.
