Haygrove School is seeking an empathetic and pro-active Wellbeing Assistant to work within our Wellbeing provision.  The postholder will play a key part in supporting the SEND Team and teaching staff to deliver personalised support programmes for students with Special or Additional Educational Needs, disabilities and/or learning difficulties, encouraging responsibility, and fair access for all.  You will provide support to students in one-to-one and small group support helping the students manage social or emotional challenges and develop positive coping strategies.  A passion for helping our young people and the ability to build connections and relationships are key in this role, as well as a good sense of humour!
