Fabulous Harvest Festival

Staff and pupils from Stogursey Primary School gathered at St Andrews Church on Tuesday 5th October to celebrate Harvest Festival alongside family, friends and members of the local community.

Staff and pupils from Stogursey Primary School gathered at St Andrews Church on Tuesday 5th October to celebrate Harvest Festival alongside family, friends and members of the local community.

Rev. Nicki welcomed everyone and the celebration began with a rousing rendition of the Harvest Song. The pre-schoolers showed off their food-themed artwork and Triscombe, Beacon and Alfoxton classes all contributed with more artwork and readings. The whole school sang Harvest favourite, 'Cauliflowers Fluffy' and the Festival closed with a fantastic performance of Harvest Rock and Roll with everyone present at the church joining in. Rev Nicki closed the afternoon's service with a short speech and a prayer.

Well done to everyone who contributed to making the Stogursey Harvest Festival a wonderful experience.
