SIAMS for Schools

Participants will look at ways to achieve excellence in behaviour management and student wellbeing through a tried and tested whole school model and will be given checklists to identify areas of concern along with ways to address needs and create effective student support plan and school exclusions project action plan.

Dealing with Difficult People and Managing Difficult Conversations

The gradual reopening of schools will potentially trigger feelings of worry, anxiety or concerns form staff and parents and the way they communicate these may be perceived as difficult behaviour. Spirituality in School - SIAMS Strand 2: Wisdom, Knowledge & Skills

Provided by The Diocese of Bath & Wells, this training provides the opportunity to explore what spirituality in the school context and the SIAMS expectations for church schools, recognising and valuing spirituality and implementing a school policy for spiritual development. We will share some good practice from schools within our diocese and also some key documents that will support you in your development. We will also consider the challenge of looking at the impact of your work and how you can capture this in a meaningful way.

National School Attendance Conference - Live Online Course
